Once you have applied for work with our company and have been evaluated, interviewed, and approved for hire, you are immediately eligible for assignments. Your rate of pay for each assignment is determined by the specific skills required for the work. You will always be paid fairly. You will never be charged a fee for placement in a temporary assignment.

There is a broad range of assignments available through our company. We fill many positions, on a daily basis that require a variety of skills, i.e., Data Processing, Accounting, General Clerical, Receptionist, Secretary - both administrative and executive levels, Medical Records Clerk, and more. These positions are available for both long and short term.

The diversity of the assignments will give you the opportunity to sample different industries and career choices. Temporary work gives you the opportunity to work at what you like best on your own time schedule. You can control the length of assignments you accept and the number of hours per day you work. And you can change your work schedule from assignment to assignment.

Decisions about working for a small or large company or certain industries, both private and public, are up to you. You will be able to sample all kinds of work choices and be better equipped to make a final career choice. Many of our temporary assignments lead to permanent positions.

Additionally, it is an opportunity to test different careers while conducting a search for a permanent position as you can set your hours to accommodate possible interview appointments.
GETTING STARTED
Call Allied (1-800-649-5944) and set up an appointment to meet with our Temporary Services Consultant. You will be told which office to come to and a convenient time and date will be established for you to register.
CONTROL
Once we have your information and you have been interviewed and taken tests appropriate to your skill level, you will be put on our active list and ready for assignment. Our consultants will give you a packet that will explain what is expected of you and detailed instructions about how to fill out required forms.
When a job order comes into our office that is a match for your skills, you will be called. You have the choice of whether to accept that job or wait for the next available opening.
